Sales Analysis. Perlis Plantations reported sales of 4.05 billion Malaysian Ringgits (US$907.07 million) for the year ending December of 2015. This represents an increase of 9.4% versus 2014, when the company's sales were 3.70 billion Malaysian Ringgits. Sales at Perlis Plantations have increased during each of the previous five years (and since 2010, sales have increased a total of 78%). Sales of Environmental Engineering, Waste Managem saw an increase that was more than double the company's growth rate: sales were up 84.3% in 2015, from 138.56 million Malaysian Ringgits to 255.31 million Malaysian Ringgits. Perlis Plantations also saw significant increases in sales in Flour and Feed Milling, Ang Grains Tradi (up 16.5% to 2.60 billion Malaysian Ringgits) and Marketing, Distribution and Manufacturin (up 34.7% to 590.71 million Malaysian Ringgits) and Film Exhibition and Distribution (up 17.5% to 435.57 million Malaysian Ringgits) . Not all segments of Perlis Plantations experienced an increase in sales in 2015: sales of Investments In Equities fell 23.6% to 7.39 million Malaysian Ringgits. (However, this segment's sales were only a very small portion of the company's overall sales). Perlis Plantations also experienced decreases in sales in Property Investment and Development (down 23.0% to 63.02 million Malaysian Ringgits) .
