South Port New Zealand Ltd (South Port) is a New Zealand-based commercial port. The Company provides a range of marine services, cargo and container shipping, and onsite warehousing for domestic and international customers. The Company's land-based operating resource is divided into four primary divisions, namely, dairy warehousing, containers, cool and cold storage, and general cargo. South Port offers full container, break bulk and bulk cargo capability, and services various primary cargoes, such as import, including alumina, petroleum products, fertilizer, acid, stock food and cement, and export, including aluminum, timber, dairy, fish and woodchips. South Port provides pilotage, towage, berthage and marine services to international and coastal vessels, including the southern fishing fleet. It also offers pilotage services, and marine plant and equipment, such as Pilot Vessel-Takitimu II, pilot ladders, radio watches, tanker berths, bunkering, moorings, and survey and repairs.
