The Company's subsidiaries include: Aeronexus Corporate (Proprietary) Limited, 1time airline (Proprietary) Limited, Aeronexus Technical (Proprietary) Limited, 1time charters (Proprietary) Limited and Safair Technical (Proprietary) Limited trading as Jetworx. During the year ended December 31, 2009, all aircraft assets and MD80 FIFA World Cup charter contracts were transferred from Aeronexus Corporate (Proprietary) Limited to 1time airline (Proprietary) Limited. On April 1, 2009, 1time Holdings Limited acquired 72% interest in Safair Technical (Proprietary) Limited trading as Jetworx. As of December 2009, 1time Holdings Limited owns 50% interest in MD82 Flight Simulator.
