Sales Analysis. JM Ab reported sales of SEK 13.94 billion (US$1.57 billion) for the year ending December of 2015. This represents a decrease of 1.9% versus 2014, when the company's sales were SEK 14.22 billion. Contributing to the drop in overall sales was the 48.6% decline in Jm Property Development, from SEK 401.00 million to SEK 206.00 million. There were also decreases in sales in Jm Construction (down 21.2% to SEK 1.63 billion) . However, these declines were partially offset by the increase in sales of Jm Residential - Stockholm (up 10.2% to SEK 6.27 billion) and Jm Residential - Sweden (up 18.6% to SEK 3.28 billion) and Jm International (up 4.0% to SEK 3.06 billion) .
