The Company's operations are structured into three main divisions: Project development (Projektutveckling), Prefabricated Houses (Styckehus) and Other. The Other division is responsible for the activities of Forshem Biobransle AB, which manufactures fuel briquettes; Forshem Fastighets AB, which owns and managed the Company's industrial area in Gotene, Sweden; and Mellby Garage AB, which is a garage manufacturer.

Sales Analysis. Gotenehus Group AB reported sales of SEK 823.92 million (US$99.39 million) for the year ending December of 2016. This represents an increase of 11.1% versus 2015, when the company's sales were SEK 741.77 million. This was the fourth straight year of sales growth at Gotenehus Group AB.
