Wright may, in its sole discretion, suspend or terminate your access to all or any part of the Service for any reason, including without limitation, breach of these Terms.

The inclusion of links from the Service to other Web sites does not imply any endorsement of the sites or of any products or services offered by those sites.  Wright does not control and is not responsible for the content or policies of such sites.

8.  Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and enforced in accordance with Connecticut law without reference to its conflicts of law rules.  Any action to enforce any rights under these Terms shall be brought in the federal or state courts located in Connecticut.  You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Connecticut with respect to any dispute based on, or arising from, your use of the Service or breach of the Terms. 

9.  Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and all other provisions of the Terms will remain in force and effect.

10.  Entire Agreement

The Terms and any other terms and conditions of service on CorporateInformation.com constitute the entire agreement between you and Wright relating to use of the Service.
