Sales Analysis. Vinci reported sales of 40.88 billion Euro (US$47.81 billion) for the year ending December of 2017. This represents an increase of 6.0% versus 2016, when the company's sales were 38.55 billion Euro. The sales level in 2017 was fairly close to the level five years ago: in 2012, Vinci had sales of 39.18 billion Euro. Sales of Vinci Immobilier and Holding Companies saw an increase that was more than double the company's growth rate: sales were up 15.8% in 2017, from 774.00 million Euro to 896.00 million Euro. Vinci also saw significant increases in sales in Concessions (up 11.2% to 7.81 billion Euro) .
