Not all segments of Kyocera experienced an increase in sales in 2019: sales of Life Enviroment Business fell 28.6% to ¥80.11 billion. Kyocera also experienced decreases in sales in Communication Business (down 1.4% to ¥252.07 billion) and Semiconductor Parts Group (down 3.1% to ¥249.22 billion) and Other Businesses (down 8.7% to ¥17.19 billion) .
