JM Ab Company Snapshot
JM Ab operates in the Operative builders sector. In addition to historical fundamental analyses, the complete report available to purchase compares JM Ab with three other non-residential construction companies in Europe: Bonava AB (publ) (2018 sales of 14.01 billion Swedish Kronor [US$1.51 billion] of which 41% was Germany), Crest Nicholson Holdings PLC of the United Kingdom (£1.14 billion [US$1.48 billion] of which 100% was Residential Development), and Kaufman & Broad SA which is based in France (1.56 billion Euro [US$1.76 billion] ).

Sales Analysis. JM Ab reported sales of SEK 15.68 billion (US$1.69 billion) for the year ending December of 2018. This represents a decrease of 9.2% versus 2017, when the company's sales were SEK 17.28 billion. Contributing to the drop in overall sales was the 19.1% decline in Jm Residential - Stockholm, from SEK 7.15 billion to SEK 5.79 billion. There were also decreases in sales in Jm International (down 4.0% to SEK 3.58 billion) . However, these declines were partially offset by the increase in sales of Jm Residential - Sweden (up 3.4% to SEK 4.46 billion) and Jm Construction (up 28.8% to SEK 2.27 billion) and Jm Property Development (up 21.7% to SEK 73.00 million) .
