Artes SA Company Snapshot
Artes SA operates in the New and used car dealers sector. In addition to historical fundamental analyses, the complete report available to purchase compares Artes SA with three other automotive dealers and parts suppliers in Africa: City Cars SA (2018 sales of 152.52 million Dinar [US$53.35 million] ), R.T. Briscoe (Nigeria) Plc of Nigeria (5.18 billion Naira [US$16.89 million] ), and Ennakl (404.12 million Dinar [US$141.35 million] of which 83% was Sale of New Cars).

Sales Analysis. Artes SA reported sales of 235.40 million Dinar (US$82.34 million) for the year ending December of 2018. This represents a decrease of 10.3% versus 2017, when the company's sales were 262.39 million Dinar. The sales level in 2018 was fairly close to the level five years ago: in 2013, Artes SA had sales of 228.73 million Dinar. Contributing to the drop in overall sales was the 28.7% decline in Guarantees Sales, from 625,077.00 Dinar to 445,633.00 Dinar. There were also decreases in sales in Sales of New Vehicles (down 11.3% to 212.40 million Dinar) and Workshop Sales (down 14.4% to 1.37 million Dinar) . However, these declines were partially offset by the increase in sales of Sales of Spare Parts (up 2.6% to 21.18 million Dinar) .
