Sales Analysis. Goodyear reported sales of $15.48 billion for the year ending December of 2018. This represents a very small increase of 0.6% versus 2017, when the company's sales were $15.38 billion. Sales of Eastern Europe, Middle East and Africa Tir saw an increase that was more than double the company's growth rate: sales were up 3.3% in 2018, from $4.93 billion to $5.09 billion. Not all segments of Goodyear experienced an increase in sales in 2018: sales of Asia Tire fell 0.9% to $2.22 billion.
