Home Depot Inc operates in the Lumber and other building materials sector. Sales Analysis. Home Depot reported sales of $110.23 billion for the fiscal year ending January of 2020. This represents a very small increase of 1.9% versus 2019, when the company's sales were $108.20 billion. Sales at Home Depot have increased during each of the previous five years (and since 2015, sales have increased a total of 33%). Sales of Hardlines saw an increase that was more than double the company's growth rate: sales were up 4.7% in 2020, from $32.00 billion to $33.50 billion. Home Depot also saw significant increases in sales in D Cor (up 3.2% to $37.39 billion) . Not all segments of Home Depot experienced an increase in sales in 2020: sales of Building Materials fell 1.6% to $39.34 billion.
